Designed in collaboration with the talented team at Surf Coastal, this fully furnished coastal retreat is currently for sale and it is filled with thoughtful details from top to bottom.

This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home spans 2,771 square feet and was designed to feel luxurious and livable.

Our scope included all furnishings, art, and accessories throughout the home, allowing us to create a fully cohesive environment.

With its prime beachside location, we focused on using durable materials and easy to maintain fabrics while still delivering a polished transitional look.

The palette leans into calming blues – spa, sky, and soft neutral tones paired with curated moments like printed fabrics, eye-catching wallpaper, and dimensional wall decor that add personality and visual interest.

One of our main goals was to maximize seating and flow in the main living spaces. We considered scale, layout, and flexibility to ensure the home could comfortably accommodate both everyday living and effortless entertaining.

Every piece was selected with intention to reflect the home’s setting while offering a timeless appeal.

Working on Waterloo was a rewarding experience and a fitting finale to this special Abba series of beach homes. We’re proud to see it come together and know its ready to welcome future memories by the Texas coast.
