If you prefer to read the highlights, we have listed Heather’s expert tips below.

1. Spice Up Your Neutral Color Scheme

If your home has a neutral color base why not spice it up with warm color accents such as black, gold, and amber? They can bring juxtaposition into any room and have been a trending color scheme for the fall and winter seasons. We featured our chic storage baskets that have a metallic band around the bottom for warmth and texture. Along with bringing in warm color accents, swap out your everyday linen or light fabric throws for a cable knit or heavier fabric for additional warmth.

2. Take Advantage of The Trends

Another way to bring in the warmth of the season is with our antler caribou baskets. They can serve as a unique dining table or console display for pumpkins and fall greenery.

Antler motifs are also a new market trend. The look is versatile and can easily transition from season to season.   In a recent blog post, we shared our sophisticated dining table  setting that was featured in the August issue of the Local Palate magazine. The pairing of silver antlers along with natural elements such as wood and greenery is a festive way to decorate for Fall.

On Tuesday’s Studio 512 segment we also featured bronze antlers that take in the trending color of amber. They can add great height to any coffee table or console. Along, with the trending antlers, we showcased unique bronze leaf statues. Below is an image of the sculptures in our store.

It is wise to invest in decor items that can be used for more than a few days or weeks, so following these tips will help your seasonal décor last longer. And it is a plus when you can add a pop of color that fits in perfectly for the season!
