Last week our design team had an exciting install day at a remodeled home near the University of Texas Golf Club. The renovated spaces in this home include the kitchen, master bath, guest bathrooms, and more. We previewed this home on social media and have received such fabulous feedback that we had to share some the kitchen progress today on the blog. It is another fantastic before and after.

Kitchen, Before
We started the planning for this renovation late this summer. The goal was to lighten and brighten the dark, Tuscan style of the kitchen to better suit our client’s tastes.

Kitchen, After
We love this new bright, airy kitchen! One of the design priorities beyond brightening the space was to reconfigure the range/hood wall. The new design makes it feel more like a focal point now. The cabinets were removed and replaced with a full wall of Ann Sacks mosaic tile and floating wood shelves.
The kitchen is painted in Benjamin Moore Cloud White and the island is painted in Benjamin Moore Brewster Gray. Coordinating white quartz countertops add to the brighter, refreshed look of the remodeled kitchen.

Floating wood shelves add a casual warmth to the neutral kitchen.

The oversized gilded iron and distressed mercury glass bell lanterns tie the kitchen design together. The kitchen still has some finishing construction touches to go, but we had to share the photo of these new light fixtures! They certainly elevate the total look.

We have many more before and after photos to share from the other rooms in this home, including the gorgeous new master bath! Follow along on social media to see more of the behind the scenes of our project installs.
