Progress at Classic Casa
October 16, 2020 in Interiors Tour, Uncategorized | no comments

We are seeing fabulous progress at our “Classic Casa” project! This Tarrytown home, which is described as our client’s dream home, is a new construction project with plenty of vibrant and bold details throughout. The hacienda style of the home pays homage to our clients roots and is reminiscent of the many trips they make to various Mexican cities. In today’s blog, we wanted to highlight some of this home’s progress.

To achieve the hacienda style they wanted for their home, they had to completely tear down their existing home and start new. For this project, we have been working alongside Waldrop Beckworth, a local custom luxury home builder. The living room offers plenty of open space to entertain. It is a stunning space. Here is a view of the living room from the kitchen. Beyond the rows of arched windows, the backyard is another spacious living space for the family to enjoy. The beams and oversized fireplace are some of the home’s most striking elements.

We love the herringbone design on the fireplace. The home’s entry flooring will have the same effect. We have included an inspiration photo (courtesy of Pinterest) that we have for the entry flooring below.

Here is the view into the home’s kitchen. It will be painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove paired with a Carrara Marble mosaic backsplash.

Beyond the classic kitchen, the home’s pantry is extra punchy painted in Bermuda Turquoise.

The master bath is the ultimate serene sanctuary. The black and white flooring adds high-contrast drama to the room. We will preview furnishings later, but this master bath will pair so beautifully with the emerald green, glossy black and burl wood details in the bedroom!

There is so much more to preview from this home! As the building continues we will be sure to share even more photos.
