Boys’ Bedroom Revamp
October 11, 2019 in Uncategorized | one comment

We a have a fun project to reveal today, a pair of brothers’ bedrooms! Each room has unique fabrics, custom bedding and special details that feel youthful and energetic. Here is a look at these stylish spaces.

Navy & Orange Color Scheme

In this room with a navy and orange color scheme, you will find punchy fabrics and details. Standout features include a queen bed upholstered in a Sister Parish striped fabric. A pair of lacquered navy grasscloth nightstands offer plenty of storage for a teen boy with plenty of gadgets and things.

Another favorite feature is the functional flat roman shades in a sail boat fabric with navy grosgrain trim. We also love the custom bench at the foot of the bed with a black metal base and a top cushion in neutral linen with an orange velvet band down the center.

Custom monogrammed bedding in the room’s color scheme add to the preppy nature of the space.

Over the light gray desk, a soft cloud print adds a splash of color to the bedroom. The desk is paired with a pale gray masculine chair. It is the perfect homework spot for this boy.

Tinkerbell, the family’s adorable pet, has found her favorite spot in the house! She has great taste.

Navy & Red Color Scheme

In the older boy’s room, you will find a color scheme of navy and red. We upholstered the headboard in a cool indigo printed fabric and paired it with warm, sand-toned nightstands. The bed is flanked by an existing pair of sconces. Diamond printed roman shades add a tailored touch to the bedroom windows.

Here is a close-up of the fabrics and the monogrammed bedding.

The desk in this room adds another stylish and functional moment to the space. A gray desk with an abstract art piece above gives the teen plenty of space to study and finish homework.

After installing the furnishings and decor in these boys’ rooms, our client (the boys’ mom) said how much they loved their new rooms. She also joyfully mentioned that they were actually excited to make their bed and keep their room tidy!
