We hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. Summer is quickly winding down and we are focused on fall. Before we jump right into today’s ‘What’s New Wednesday’ post, we wanted to take some time to focus on fall colors and share some color trends with you.
Every year Pantone, the leading authority on all things color, reveals the hues and colors they think will shape fashion, interior design, and home decor. Pantone not only predicts the ‘it’ colors of the season, they also have started to introduce a palette of classic hues that can stand the test of time, and seamlessly transition season to season. This year’s fall/winter classic palette includes 5 timeless hues. The classic colors include Sargasso Sea, described as a “boundless blue”; Tofu, a creamy white staple; Almond Buff, a natural hue with understated appeal; a soft Quiet Gray; and Meerket, a “highly adaptable” toasty, burnished brown.
This palette especially caught our eye when taking another look today’s art feature. This piece has beautiful autumn colors with some transitional color pops throughout. The piece mixes in most of Pantone’s Fall/Winter 2018 Classic Color Palette.
This piece is 40″ W x 49″ H and sells for $579.99. It can be special ordered smaller (24 x 30, 30 x 37, 36 x 44) and larger (47 x 58, 54 x 67).
