Pemberton Classic
February 23, 2018 in Interiors Tour | no comments

Our team typically does not take on staging projects, but a past client requested a favor to transform their grand Pemberton Classic Heights estate and we were eager to help.  The beautiful home sits on one of the best streets in Central Austin, Wooldridge Drive. The home is 5,918 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, and gracious living spaces.

It is marketed as ‘Private. Peaceful. Perfect.’ Here is a tour of the main spaces for this Old West Austin home (a “Pemberton Classic’), which we furnished and decorated.

Great news for our client, even at $3.75 million, it was under contract within the first month on the market!  Here are some photos of the staged home and a link to the listing.

Exterior

Formal Living Room

The living room was one of our favorite places to stage and it is easy to see why. We wanted to highlight the classic and traditional appeal of the living room. We staged the space with timeless white upholstery to highlight the airy feel of the space and the natural light that pours into the space.

The gorgeous vaulted ceilings are simply elegant with classic, light upholstered furniture.

Subtle accents like an acrylic coffee table keep the space feeling open and bright, a key selling feature of this Central Austin estate.

Den

Just adjacent to the grand living room, is the den. The wallpaper and drapes were already in the space, but we brought in our private label sectional, art, and accents that would flow with the existing elements.

The den feels so cozy, which will appeal to any interested homebuyer.

Dining Room

An original art piece by Joyce Howell really grounds the dining room. Joyce Howell original pieces can be purchased through Wally Workman gallery.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook

The kitchen opens up to a large breakfast nook. We staged it with a round table and slipcovered seating.

The breakfast nook has a fireplace, which is one of the unique features of the home. The light upholstery we brought in for the nook keeps the area feeling open. The darker accents like the lamps, pillows, and bench keep the space timeless and tailored.

We will continue our tour of this Pemberton Heights Estate next week with some of the other spaces we staged, including bedrooms, the loft, and study. If you are interested in learning more about this home, here is the link to the listing.
