I love lamps. I think they are the jewelry for your home. They bring such style to a space. I am particularly fond of ceramic lamps, especially gourd lamps. I really like Christopher Spitzmiller lamps, but a $2,000 lamp just isn’t in my near future.
Luckily, a couple of companies have recently jumped in to fill the gap between the $200 and the $2000 ceramic lamp! We are excited to just have received our first shipment.
When ordering these lamps, you can choose the type of base (acrylic, wood and gold leaf), the shape of the base (gourd, ginger jar, cylinder), the color of the base, the type of shade (drum, flare), the material of the shade (linen or parchment), and, if you choose a parchment shade, even the color of the interior of the shade! We chose sky blue on one lamp- so fun!
Here are our selections:
White gourd lamp with acrylic base
A tall lamp, with wood base and parchment shade. Inside of the shade is the palest sky blue- see if you can tell from the second photo…
I also really liked the style of this lamp:
We have a pair of these on our Barclay Butera sideboard and the styles look great together!
The lamps run around $400 and they look it. The finish details are beautiful!
You’ve probably figured out by now I’m not a huge color person! Hence, all the white lamps and neutral shades. However, if you really want to add some pop to your home, we would be more than happy to custom order some lamps for you from this color ceramic program. Here are just a few examples of how creative you can get!
So go ahead, be brave and creative. We’d love to help you design your personalized color ceramic lamp! Just stop in or email us at info@heatherscotthome.com to learn more.
Oh Heather these are beautiful!! I did notice them in the store when I was at the Lily event and wondered if they would work in the living. How great that you can customize too. Perfect!
Perfection! I love them all. The curves are divine.
